The Al Faisaliah Residential Complex in central Riyadh marks one of Drizoro's most significant project completions of 2026 — a 48-storey mixed-use tower requiring waterproofing solutions across multiple critical zones.
Project Scope
The project involved three distinct waterproofing challenges: a three-level underground car park with hydrostatic pressure up to 3.5 bar, an elevated podium deck spanning 4,200 m², and planters with integrated irrigation systems requiring root-resistant membranes.
