Product Description

MaxEpox® Primer W is a two-component, water-based epoxy formulation, designed as primer for polyurethane, polyurea and epoxy coatings to be applied on concrete, mortar, metal substrates, etc in execution of waterproofing and flooring jobs.

How to Apply

How to Apply
Premix each component separately, then pour the whole of component B into component A and mix with a low-speed drill (300–400 rpm maximum) for 2–3 minutes until uniform in colour. Apply by short-hair roller, brush or airless spray onto a sound, clean, slightly textured substrate; surface moisture up to 10 % is acceptable but not free standing water. Pot life is about 2 hours at 20 °C. Allow 12–24 hours until fully dry and tack-free before applying the epoxy, polyurethane or polyurea coating. Do not apply below 10 °C.
