Product Description

MaxSeal® Flex is a two-component waterproof coating. Component A is a water-based acrylic resin and component B is a mortar of special cements, additives and selected aggregates. Once mixed and cured it forms a seamless, flexible membrane with crack-bridging capacity and very high adhesion to concrete, masonry and cement-based substrates, withstanding both positive and negative water pressure. It remains vapour-permeable, is non-toxic and suitable for contact with drinking water, can be applied on damp surfaces, and may be overcoated with tiles, adhesives or decorative mortars.

How to Apply
Pour component A into a clean container, then add component B gradually while mixing at low speed until a smooth, lump-free paste is obtained. Apply two crossed coats onto a damp substrate.
