Product Description

MaxUrethane® Finish is a two-component, water-based, aliphatic sealer which once applied on concrete floors and mortars, forms a protective transparent film resistant to wear and abrasion, which provides an anti-dust finish, easier cleaning and lower water absorption of the surface.

How to Apply
The substrate must be sound, uniform and dry (moisture content below 10 %); remove cement laitance, old coatings, efflorescence, dust, grease and oils, and patch voids and cracks with the appropriate epoxy or polyester mortar. Pour component B into component A (mixing ratio A:B = 9:1) and mix manually or with a low-speed drill (300–400 rpm maximum) for about 2–3 minutes until homogeneous; pot life 45 minutes. Apply with a short-pile enamelling roller or brush in a thin, uniform layer, in two crossed coats, allowing a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 24 hours between coats. Pedestrian traffic after 1 day; total curing 3 days at 20 °C and 50 % R.H.
