Product Description

MaxPatch® M is a one-component mortar based on special cements, well-graded aggregates and additives. Once mixed, provide an advanced mortar with high performance and mechanical properties (adhesion, abrasion resistance and compressive strength) suitable for restoration and patching of concrete floors, ramps, steps, etc, subject to pedestrian or heavy vehicular traffic.

How to Apply
Cut back the edges of the repair area at least 5 mm and saturate the substrate with water without leaving free standing water. Mix a 25 kg bag with 3.5–4.0 litres of clean water (14–16 % by weight) using a slow-speed drill (400–600 rpm) for 2–3 minutes. Brush on a bonding slurry (5 parts powder to 1 part water) and, before it loses its sheen, trowel the mortar in layers of up to 25 mm. Pot life is about 20 minutes; re-mix to restore workability but never add more water. Open to pedestrian, light and heavy traffic after 1, 2 and 5 days respectively.
